All EU members states citizens can stay in Kazakhstan for a maximum of 30 days after entering the country (without a visa) as long as the total length of stay does not exceed 90 days in a period of 180 days. This also applies to other countries such as Australia, Canada, Mexico, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdoms, Qatar, Singapore and many more.

In other words, after spending 90 days in Kazakhstan without a visa (with multiple entries, not consecutively!) , you must wait at least 3 months before being allowed to return to Kazakhstan. *

❓ I travelled 21 days to Kazakhstan before leaving for Kyrgyzstan for 5 days. I then want to come back to Kazakhstan for 14 days, am I allowed? => ✅ yes, your right to 30 consecutive days in Kazakhstan has been renewed, and you have not exceeded the quota of 90 days in a period of 180 days.

❓ I would like to go to Kazakhstan for three consecutive months, am I allowed to go without a visa? => ❌ no, you are only entitled to 30 consecutive days on site without a visa.
